You'll need your name, email address, and order ID. Your order ID can be found in your original purchase confirmation email or on your packing slip.

All MUMICOL tools come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use — including round-trip shipping costs.

We cover defects in materials and workmanship. Damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions is not covered.
