MUMICOL stands behind every tool we ship. We are committed to quality — and to making things right if something goes wrong.


Warranty Period

All MUMICOL tool products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.


What's Covered

  • Functional defects caused by material or manufacturing issues under normal use conditions.
  • Free repair or replacement for qualifying warranty claims.
  • Round-trip shipping costs for quality-related warranty returns are covered by MUMICOL.

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper handling.
  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair.
  • Normal wear and tear, surface scratches, or cosmetic deterioration from regular use.
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow the product instruction manual.

How to Make a Claim

02 Photos or video clearly showing the defect
03 A detailed description of the issue
