Return & Refund Policy

Return Conditions

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
• For returns due to product quality issues, return shipping costs are covered by MUMICOL.
• For returns due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong item ordered), return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
• Customized or special-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return

1. Contact us via the "Contact Us" page on our website, or email us at support@mumicol.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
3. Once approved, you'll receive the return address and shipping instructions.
4. Ship the item back following the instructions provided and keep the tracking number for reference.
5. After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 3 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
